Kareem holds a West Hame Coaching Deploma 

Reponsable for the day-to-day team and training operations of Nova FC.

• Responsible for managing all aspects of team formation, coach recruitment and management, and team training and development. 
• Responsible for overseeing execution of all Club programs and events. 
• Annually, create and execute strategic plan for soccer operations for the Club. 
• Create new development programs as needed. 
• Oversee and evaluate operations and training for All NOVA FC teams.
